Bookings

Flights may be booked upon payment of a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total service. The remaining balance of 50% must be credited at least 14 days before the date of flight. Any reservation made within 14 days prior to the date of flight must be paid in full.

Payments

Mayor credit cards are accepted, bank deposits, bank transfers or cash at Helitronador´s Office. Payments will not be recognized until the funds are credited to the bank account. Receipt to be sent sent by email to info@helitronador.com or by WhatsApp or phone to +54 9 2972 53778

Payment with credit cards are available for VISA, Mastercard and AMEX

Cancellations

In case of cancellation by the customer, following charges will apply:

- Less than 24 hours before the flight, the deposit may not be refunded.

-Between 24 hrs and 72 hrs before the flight, a refund of 50% of the total service fee will apply. In this case, reschedule may be possible during the next 365 days.

-Between 72 hrs and 14 days before the flight, refund of 70% of the total fee and reschedule may be possible during the next 365 days,
-More than 14 days before the date of flight, refund of 90% of the total service.

In case of cancellation by Helitronador SRL, we commit to reimburse the full amounts paid by the customer at the moment of the reservation.Reschedule without any cost.
