RATES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices include VAT
a. The prices detailed in the tariff are "per person", considering at least 2 (two) people per flight. In the event that a minor between 6 and 10 years of age flies as a third (3rd) passenger, a 50% discount will be applied to them.
b. The current prices in the Tariff are subject to change without prior notice.
c. The prices of the Rates include VAT.
d. The prices are expressed in Argentine pesos.
e. Payment for the flight will be made before the flight via Posnet (debit or credit cards, including American Express) or in cash at the Heliport or at the Helitronador srl office before boarding.
f. The billing of the flight will be sent to the email declared by the passenger, within the day of the flight.
g. Due to AFIP regulations, for this service called "Tourist", the issuance of a type A invoice is not allowed.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
a. The helicopter has the capacity to carry a maximum of 3 (three) passengers, which will be subject to the Pilot's decision according to its operating limitations, due to maximum take-off weight and weather conditions.
b. The location of the passengers inside the helicopter is the sole decision of the Pilot, taking into account the weights of the passengers and the balance of the same required by the manufacturer.
c. Passengers individually and "Compulsory" must read and sign the "Risks and Responsibilities Agreement" that will be delivered for reading prior to paying for the Flight. In the case of minors under 18 years of age, one of the parents or an elderly person in charge must sign the note for them. The minimum age of minors to be able to make the flight will be 6 years old, and they must be accompanied by one of their parents or a duly authorized guardian. Regardless of her age, the minor to be able to fly will be conditioned to the fact that the seat belt can secure it correctly, which will be verified and authorized by the pilot. Minors must travel in the rear seats, where they will be accompanied by the parent or responsible guardian in the next seat.
d. It is the obligation of the passenger (s) to inform before boarding the helicopter of any medical condition or physical impairment of their person that could affect the development of the flight. In these cases, it will be the Rider who will take, if necessary, the corresponding precautions or decisions. In the case of pregnant women, it will not be allowed to fly with more than the fifth (5th) month of gestation. Due to the nature of the operation (without boarding attendants) we inform that we cannot accept passengers with some type of permanent psychophysical disability that prevents them from mobilizing by their own means in case of emergency.
e. For safety reasons for the passenger, we inform that the maximum individual weight allowed is 135 kilograms (300 pounds).
f. The Helitronador srl company reserves the right to cancel the flight for technical and / or weather reasons, rescheduling the flight in accordance with the passenger or refunding the fare according to the "Cancellation Policies", if the passenger so requests.
g. They are not allowed on board: bags, backpacks, or any other element that could affect the safety of the flight, being at the discretion of the pilot to allow carrying wallets, document holders, etc., according to their size and weight.
h. All passengers must carry their identity document, DNI, Cedula, Passport, etc., at the time of boarding the helicopter, since it is a requirement of the aeronautical authority that all passengers fly with them, so it is not it will allow the person who does not have it to fly.
i. All passengers must comply with all the pilot's instructions, therefore, in the event of non-compliance with them, the pilot has the authority to deny entry to the helicopter of the passenger who does not comply with them, having the power to cancel the flight before initiated or decide to return early without prior consultation, and he or the aforementioned passengers may be deserving of fines and / or penalties described in the Laws that govern Aeronautical activity in this regard.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Bookings
Heli Tours are reserved by paying a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total service. The remaining balance will be paid a minimum of 14 days before the date of the booked flight. Reservations made less than 14 days before the flight date must be paid 100% at the time of confirmation.
Payment methods
Payments can be made prior to the flight date, via deposit or bank transfer or in cash to Helitronador SRL personnel. In anticipation of the delay that banking transactions may entail, no payment will be recognized until the funds have been credited to the account, and the client must send the respective receipt via email to info@helitronador.com or via WhatsApp at +54 9 2972 539118
Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and Amex)
Cancellations
In case of cancellations by the client, the following penalties apply:
• within 24 hours prior to the provision of the service, the amount paid is non-refundable.
• Between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the date and time reserved, 50% of the contracted value will be reimbursed, and the service may be "Rescheduled", with the recognition of 50% of the reservation to apply to future flights to be made within of the next 365 days.
• Between 72 hours and 14 days prior to the reserved date and time, 70% of the contracted value will be reimbursed, and the service can be "Rescheduled" with the recognition of 30% of the reservation to apply to future flights to be made within the next 365 days.
• more than 14 days before the flight date, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
In case of cancellations by HELITRONADOR SRL, the total amount paid by the client at the time of booking will be refunded, and the client may reschedule the flight at no additional cost.
