Decero Vineyard
Finca Decero is the result of the vision of its owner, Mr. Thomas Schmidheiny, who discovered an unmatched potential in the Agrelo region, Mendoza. He created a unique and sophisticated winery that he baptized with the name 'Remolinos'.
In 2000, the decision was made to start with the project “from scratch / de cero”.
The first thing was to carefully select virgin land in the highest area of Agrelo, at an altitude of 1,050 meters above sea level. The first years were dedicated to an in-depth analysis of the environment, soil and climate.
This study not only confirmed their expectations in terms of quality, but was also key to defining the style of their wines and made it possible to achieve award-winning wines by the most prestigious international critics from their first 2006 vintage.

VISTALBA WINERY
